1. Introduction:
Our Cutter Suction Dredger, crafted with robust steel construction, is a non-self-propelled, dismountable marvel. Designed for seamless berthing and dredging, it operates effectively in both coastal and inland waters, complying with the stringent standards of navigation area 'A' or below, as specified in China's inland river steel engineering ship manufacture code.
Tailored to precision, this dredger is engineered to excavate and transport cohesive sediments, adhering to the class III specifications outlined in the Ministry of Water Resources' dredging engineering construction technique code of P. R. China.
The hull comprises three pontoons: one main pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons. Expertly dimensioned for easy transportation by road, rail, or water, the YS-CSD450 dredger boasts a rapid connection-disconnection system for the pontoons, utilizing bolts at the deck level, hull front and rear, and bottom hooks. The dredger is powered by a marine engine, with the main engine driving the dredge pump and hydraulic pump. The hydraulic pump powers all equipment, including the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Constructed entirely of welded steel, the hull offers the strength essential for rigorous dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely connected to the main pontoon using bolts.
The steel plates used for the hull are CCSB-grade, ensuring durability and resilience.
