Our Professional Seaside Port Construction Dredger features a robust Cutter Suction Dredger made of high-strength steel. This non self-propelled, easily dismountable dredger can efficiently berth and perform dredging operations in diverse waters, including coastal areas and inland rivers. It's engineered to meet the rigorous standards set forth in China's inland river steel engineering ship manufacturing code, ensuring top-tier performance in navigation areas classified as 'A' or below.
This versatile dredger excels in excavating and transporting cohesive sediment, adhering to Class III specifications of the dredging engineering construction techniques established by China's Ministry of Water Resources (MWR).
Designed for superior efficiency, the hull comprises three pontoons: a central main pontoon (housing the engine room) and two side pontoons. Each component is precisely dimensioned to facilitate easy transportation via road, rail, or water. The YS-CSD450 dredger features a rapid-connect/disconnect system using bolts and hooks for secure assembly. Additionally, it's powered by a marine engine that drives both the dredge pump and hydraulic pump, which in turn powers essential equipment like the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Constructed entirely of welded steel, the hull ensures the necessary strength for rigorous dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely connected to the main pontoon through a bolted system.
Crafted from CCSB-grade shipbuilding steel plate, the hull guarantees exceptional durability and reliability.
