1. Introduction:
Our Cutter Suction Dredger, featuring robust steel construction and a non-self-propelled, dismountable design, is meticulously crafted to operate in both coastal and inland waters. It meets the stringent conditions outlined in navigation area 'A' or below the 'A'-line as per the code for inland river steel engineering ship manufacture of P. R. China.
Engineered to perfection, this dredger excels in excavating and transporting cohesive sediments, complying with class III standards in the dredging engineering construction techniques specified by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P. R. China.
The hull is composed of three pontoons - a central pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons. Designed for seamless transport via road, rail, or water, the YS-CSD450 dredger features a rapid connection-disconnection system using bolts and hooks. It is powered by a Marine engine, with the main engine driving the dredge pump and hydraulic pump, which in turn powers the cutter, swing, ladder winches, spud rams, and other equipment.
Constructed entirely from welded steel, the hull delivers the necessary durability for demanding dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely connected to the main pontoon using robust bolts.
The hull's steel plate is made from high-grade CCSB shipbuilding steel, ensuring exceptional strength and longevity.
