The 4000m3/H Hydraulic Cutter Suction Dredger boasts a robust steel construction, designed to be non self-propelled and dismountable. This versatile dredger can efficiently berth and operate in diverse waters, ranging from coastal areas to inland rivers. It meets the rigorous standards of navigation area 'A' or below, as outlined in the inland river steel engineering ship manufacturing code of the P. R. China.
Engineered for excellence, this dredger excels at excavating and transporting cohesive sediment, adhering to the class III specifications in the dredging engineering construction technique code issued by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P. R. China.
The sophisticated hull is composed of three meticulously crafted pontoons: one main pontoon (housing the engine room) and two side pontoons. These components are designed for seamless transportation via road, rail, or water. The YS-CSD450 dredger is equipped with a rapid connection-disconnection system, utilizing bolts at deck level, front and rear hull, and hooks at the bottom for efficient assembly. Furthermore, the dredger is powered by a state-of-the-art Marine engine, which drives both the dredge and hydraulic pumps. The hydraulic pump powers all essential equipment, including the cutter, swing, ladder winches, and spud rams.
Constructed with high-strength, all-welded steel, the hull of this dredger is engineered to endure the demanding conditions of dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely fastened to the main pontoon using bolts, ensuring optimal stability.
The steel plate used for the hull is premium CCSB (shipbuilding steel plate).
