1. Introduction:
Designed with robust steel construction, our Cutter Suction Dredger is a non-self-propelled, dismountable marvel, capable of berthing and dredging in both coastal areas and inland rivers. Engineered to meet the rigorous standards of the 'A'-line navigation area as specified in China's inland river steel engineering ship code, this dredger excels in versatile water conditions.
Tailored to handle cohesive sediments, our dredger meets the class III specifications outlined by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of China for dredging engineering construction, ensuring top-notch performance in diverse environments.
The hull is ingeniously crafted with three pontoons: one main pontoon housing the engine room and two side pontoons. Designed for seamless transport by road, rail, or water, the YS-CSD450 dredger features a rapid connection-disconnection system using deck-level bolts, front and rear hull bolts, and bottom hooks. Powered by a Marine engine, the main engine drives both the dredge and hydraulic pumps, which in turn power critical equipment such as the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Constructed with welded steel for maximum strength, the hull's design ensures durability and reliability during demanding dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely connected to the main pontoon with bolts, providing a solid structure.
Our hull steel plate is made of CCSB shipbuilding steel plate, ensuring exceptional durability and performance.
