This magnificent 4000 cubic meters per hour jet suction dredger is specially designed and meticulously crafted for seamless operation in protected offshore waters and tropical climates, complying with the renowned Chinese ZC-class design and enterprise standards. It is entirely constructed from robust welded steel, featuring a reinforced bottom plate with a thickness of 10mm and flexible outer hull plates measuring 6mm in thickness. At the foremost part of the main deck, you will find three state-of-the-art electric winches, while two additional winches are strategically positioned at the rear of the main cabin. The vessel integrates four strategically located ballast water tanks at the front and rear ends of the side pontoons. The entire dredger is designed for versatility, being dismantlable for easy transportation on road-accessible routes. At its core, the engines and dredging pumps are securely mounted in the central pontoon, while the side pontoons effectively serve as fuel storage, ballast tanks, and storage facilities. Access to the engine room and pump sections is easily facilitated through watertight hatches. The control room is spacious and ergonomically designed, located on an elevated platform with unobstructed views of the surroundings. It is equipped with dual operator consoles featuring advanced engine instrumentation, integrated controls for winches, dredging pumps, suction and discharge pressure gauges, navigation light controls, along with air conditioning and exceptional thermal insulation. Beneath the control room, there is an elegantly arranged changing room with tables, chairs, and washbasins for added convenience. To ensure durability in saline environments, the dredger is protected with a high-performance marine coating system, enhanced by cathodic protection.
