1. Introduction:
The High Capacity Sand Dredger Cutter Suction Dredger, constructed of robust steel, is a non self-propelled, dismountable marvel. This versatile vessel can berth and dredge in both coastal and inland waters, adhering to the standards of navigation area 'A' and below, in line with P.R. China's inland river steel engineering ship manufacture code.
Engineered to excavate and transport cohesive sediments, this dredger meets the class III specifications as defined by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P.R. China, ensuring optimal performance.
The hull is comprised of three meticulously engineered pontoons: one main pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons. Designed for seamless transportation via road, rail, or water, the YS-CSD450 features a rapid connection-disconnection system utilizing bolts and hooks for swift assembly. Powered by a Marine engine, the main engine drives both the dredge pump and the hydraulic pump. The hydraulic system powers critical equipment including the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Built with an all-welded, steel construction, the dredger's hull offers the necessary durability for intensive dredging operations. Side pontoons are securely fastened to the main pontoon with bolts.
The steel plates used in the hull are of CCSB grade, ensuring superior strength and reliability.
