This versatile dredger is adept at excavating and transporting cohesive sediment that falls below Class III as outlined in the dredging engineering construction technique by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P. R. China.
The hull configuration comprises three expertly designed pontoons: a central main pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons. Each component is meticulously dimensioned to facilitate transportation by road, rail, or water. The dredger features an innovative rapid connection-disconnection system for the pontoons, utilizing bolts at the deck, front, and rear of the hull, complemented by hooks at the bottom. Powering this engineering marvel is a Marine engine, which drives both the dredge pump and hydraulic pump, thus energizing all auxiliary equipment including the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
