1.Introduction:
The Cutter Suction Dredger, crafted from resilient steel, is a non self-propelled and dismountable marvel. It is adept at berthing and dredging in various water bodies, both coastal and inland, conforming to the conditions outlined in navigation area 'A' or lower according to the code for inland river steel engineering ship manufacture of P. R. China.
This reliable dredger is specifically engineered to excavate and transport cohesive sediments that fall below Class III as stipulated in the dredging engineering construction technique code by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P. R. China.
The hull assembly includes three pontoons: a central main pontoon (engine room) and two supplementary side pontoons. These components are strategically dimensioned for easy transportation via road, rail, or water. The YS-CSD450 model features a swift connection-disconnection system facilitated by bolts and hooks, ensuring quick assembly and dismantling. The dredger is powered by a robust Marine engine, which drives the dredge pump and hydraulic systems, powering essential equipment like the cutter, swing, ladder winches, and spud rams.
Constructed from entirely welded steel, the hull of the dredger ensures the necessary durability and strength for demanding dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely attached to the main pontoon using bolts.
