1.Introduction:
The Cutter Suction Dredger, crafted from robust steel and designed for dismountable, non self-propelled operations, excels in both coastal and inland waters. This versatile dredger meets the stringent conditions outlined in the navigation area 'A' or below 'A'-line, as specified by the inland river steel engineering ship manufacture code of P. R. China.
Engineered to perfection, this dredger efficiently excavates and transports cohesive sediments below class III, adhering to the dredging engineering construction standards set by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P. R. China.
The hull is ingeniously designed with three pontoons: one main pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons. It is dimensioned for seamless transportation by road, rail, or water. Featuring a rapid connection-disconnection system, secured by bolts at deck level and hooks at the bottom, this dredger is powered by a marine engine. The main engine drives the dredge pump and hydraulic pump, which in turn powers all equipment, including the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and the spud rams.
Constructed entirely from welded steel, the hull provides the essential strength for rigorous dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely bolted to the main pontoon, ensuring stability and durability.
The steel plate used for the hull is CCSB (shipbuilding steel plate), ensuring exceptional quality and longevity.
