Introducing our steel-constructed Cutter Suction Dredger, a non-self-propelled, dismountable marvel. This versatile equipment is designed for seamless operations in coastal areas and inland rivers, adhering to the stringent conditions outlined in the 'A' navigation area code and the inland river steel engineering ship standards of P. R. China.
Engineered for excellence, this dredger is ideal for excavating and transporting cohesive sediments classified below class III as per the dredging engineering construction techniques by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P. R. China.
The innovative hull design comprises three strategically constructed pontoons: a main pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons. Each part is dimensioned for easy transportation by road, rail, or water. The rapid connection-disconnection system, featuring bolts at deck level and hooks at the hull front and rear, ensures seamless assembly. Powered by a robust Marine engine, the main engine drives the dredge and hydraulic pumps. The hydraulic system powers all essential equipment including the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and the spud rams, ensuring efficient operations.
Crafted with an all-welded, steel construction, the hull provides the dredger with unparalleled strength for demanding dredging tasks. The side pontoons are securely fastened to the main pontoon using high-strength bolts.
For maximum durability, the hull steel plate is made from CCSB shipbuilding-grade steel.
